We grew grass to determine the effects of brake fluid, antifreeze, and motor oil on it; the correlation of effects to the amount added; and the germination of grass seeds. We discovered that all three had negative effects that were somewhat increased after adding twice the amount of pollutant, and that the germination of grass seeds was stopped completely.
