We soaked cotton in plant dyes (tomato, cranberry and beet) to see which would have the brightest red colour over all and to see which one would last the longest, we left them for 24 hours after soaking and drying and then we washed them separately in warm water with laundry detergent, then we dried them in a dryer to get our end results.
